2. Sweet potatoes are full of energy. If there is enough energy in the body, then there is no feeling of tiredness.

3. If there is a lack of energy in the body, then one of the biggest reasons for this can be the lack of vitamins and minerals.

4. Consumption of coffee can remove fatigue, sleepiness and lack of energy.

5.  Banana is considered to be the best source of energy.  If you feel a lack of energy, then you can include banana in the diet.

6. Oatmeal provides your body with much needed energy.
